Broadcasting Young Voices on RTHK’s In the Common Room
We are proud to share that four of our students recently took part in the recording of RTHK’s radio programme In the Common Room.
In the episode, they discussed the power of planning—from managing personal life and studies to thinking about city planning. This meaningful conversation not only allowed them to express their ideas in English, but also helped them build confidence in public speaking.
You can listen to the show now by visiting the RTHK website https://www.rthk.hk/radio/radio3/programme/common_room/episode/1069531 (our segment: 06:20-18:30).
The experience was more than just about speaking: our students had the chance to step inside a professional radio studio, gaining valuable insights into how programmes are produced. It was a unique opportunity in media literacy and workplace exposure.
