The completed application form should be submitted together with the following documents by post or by hand to the school office:

• A copy of the Hong Kong Identity Card 
• Copies of the School Reports issued in the past two years
• Copies of certificates and awards (if any)
• Recommendation letters (if any)

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to sit admission tests and interviews.
