“Our Student Ambassadors, Life Planning Ambassadors, and THS students recently participated in an enriching industry visit to the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, gaining valuable insights into excellence within the hospitality sector. The visit provided a meaningful opportunity for students to experience how a world-renowned hotel delivers exceptional guest experiences while staying true to its core values.

During the tour, students explored key operational departments, including Food & Beverage, Rooms, and Wellness. Through firsthand observation and professional sharing, participants developed a deeper understanding of how teamwork, service standards, and attention to detail contribute to outstanding hospitality and guest satisfaction.
