SKHCYSS Alumni Association Hosts Thrilling 3-on-3 Basketball Competition

On 14 December 2025, the SKH Christian Youth Secondary School Alumni Association organised a lively 3‑on‑3 basketball competition that brought together over 50 alumni, teachers and current students for a day of friendly matches and joyful reunion on campus.​

A total of six men’s teams and three women’s teams took to the court, representing different graduation years and generations of the school community. The event was filled with fast breaks, close scores and plenty of cheers, as players competed in a spirited yet sportsmanlike atmosphere that truly captured the school’s team spirit.

Beyond the competition, the event served as a wonderful opportunity for alumni to reconnect with old classmates and beloved teachers, sharing updates about their lives, careers and families while reminiscing about their school days. Many alumni also brought their children and families, creating a warm, multi-generational gathering that strengthened the sense of belonging to the SKHCYSS family.​

Current students had the chance to play alongside and against their seniors, gaining not only basketball experience but also a deeper appreciation of the school’s alumni network and traditions.​

The school and Alumni Association extend our deepest gratitude to all alumni, teachers and students who joined the competition or came to support on the day. Their enthusiasm and sportsmanship made the event a memorable success and a true celebration of school spirit and lifelong connections.​

 

We also thank the executive members and volunteers who helped organise and run the event, ensuring smooth matches and a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone.​

The positive response to this year’s 3‑on‑3 basketball event reflects the strong desire among alumni to stay connected with their alma mater. The Alumni Association is committed to planning more such gatherings in the future, to continue building a vibrant and supportive school community across generations.
