A. Vision
The school endeavors to provide an all-round Christian education, and nurture students' motive for seeking the truth so
that they can find pleasure in life, realize their aspirations and eventually become citizens with worldwide vision.
B. School Mission
To provide an ideal and happy learning environment through an all-round Christian education so that students can have a balanced development in seven major learning areas: spiritual, intellectual, moral, social, physical and artistic, Chinese culture and Information Technology studies. This helps them attain a positive attitude, value, knowledge and skills of lifelong learning so as to glorify God and do good for the individual, family, society, country and whole world.
C. Goal

1. Spiritual development
Nurture students spiritually by leading them to God and following the footsteps of Jesus Christ.

2. Moral education
Guide students to establish self-esteem and pave their way towards a positive life. They will be able to realize themselves through a balanced development in cognitive, sentimental and ideological aspects.

3. Intellectual development
Provide students with a diversified curriculum which will develop their critical thinking skills, build a good learning attitude and inspire their eagerness for meaning and truth.

4. Technology education
Prepare students to enter the world of information technology by letting students equip themselves with IT knowledge so as to facilitate learner autonomy and life-wide learning.

5. Physical and artistic education
Develop students' potential in sports and audio-visual art; foster the sentiment of art appreciation.

6. Social awareness
Help students understand their responsibility as well as their rights as individuals in society and learn the skills for living gregariously, be concerned about society and be able to contribute to it.

7. Chinese culture studies
Manifest the contemporary function of traditional Chinese cultural values and essence. Cultivate a virtuous personality with mercy and selflessness, self-consciousness and independence.

D. Objectives
1. Student development

1.1 Spiritual development
a. Let students understand the relationships between Christianity and the fundamental issues about life, respond to the summons of God.
b. Raise students’ ability to judge and reason in a Christian way.
c. Lead students to manifest love like Jesus Christ, follow the reputable Christian tradition to serve the community.
d. Help students to attest to the love of Jesus Christ in the community and to understand the religion more in their everyday life.

1.2 Moral education
a. Teach students to distinguish between right and wrong, to bear justice and integrity in mind, and to be sympathetic and considerate, but not to intimidate the weak.
b. Lead students to understand the relationship between individuals and the community. The request for individual liberty should not outweigh the importance of conduct and propriety in society.? At the same time, being restrained or obstinate when making a request is not necessary.

1.3. Intellectual development
a. Consolidate students’ basic knowledge, especially reading, writing and mathematics; arouse their interest in understanding the existing world.
b. Develop students’ critical thinking skills so as to nurture them to be logical and unique individuals.
c. Help students to cultivate a good learning attitude, inspire their eagerness for knowledge acquisition and foster their autonomy as learners.

1.4. Technology education
a. Enhance teachers’ ability in using IT, urge an interactive mode in teaching and learning in which vitality and creativity can be increased. Consequently, quality education can be provided.
b. Promote the understanding and exploration of the IT world among students, widen the zone of learning, so as to develop their potential to the fullest to prepare themselves for ever-changing social challenges.

1.5 Physical and artistic education
a. Through aesthetics and creative art, students can be more analytical and think independently. Therefore, they can be artistically accomplished.
b. Encourage the attitude of active participation in sports which helps students to be physically fit. In sports competitions, students can also realize the significance of cooperation and sportsmanship.

1.6 Social awareness
a. Help students develop good interpersonal relationships and learn the skills for living gregariously.
b. Help students to understand their positions as well as their duties as individuals in society and to increase their sense of responsibility and belonging to the community.
c. Raise students’ awareness of concern over community affairs, and encourage them to take part in community activities and voluntary work.
d. Lead students to realize their personal value in judgment, needs, strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, a more rational decision over further studies or vocational development can be made, striding towards a fruitful future.

a. Inspire students to understand and compare the characteristics of Eastern and Western culture. Manifest the contemporary function of traditional Chinese cultural value and anticipate the evolvement of the global cultural trend.
